DISH is experiencing a system issue that their teams are working hard to resolve.
As DISH continues to work through the issues caused by the recent cyber attack, we are seeing things working their way back to normal.
We have started doing new installations and look forward to being able to do receiver swaps and upgrades soon.
We feel that DISH is proceeding with cautious optimism.
